Description
Special request celebration cake. The client requested a interior rainbow for this cake. I used a soft vanilla swiss buttercream and coated the bottom third with rainbow sprinkles and topped with simple swirls and sprinkles. The cake tastes like a vanilla sprtiz cookie and has vanilla swiss buttercream between the layers. This cake is small but tall cake - six inches in diameter, about eight inches tall.
