Description
Special request celebration cake. The request was for a strawberry cake with an ombré blue theme. I suggested a white chocolate buttercream to complement the strawberry. The cake is a deliciously moist strawberry cake flavored with a reduced strawberry puree (no food coloring). It has a layer of white chocolate buttercream between the cake layers. The cake has a very faint pink hue — not bright pink or red — with a lovely, natural strawberry flavor.
