I took an Anoka County community class for my first attempt at macarons. Given how finicky these cookies can be, I was surprised everyone’s turned out so well. I appreciated the tips and tricks for these delicate little cookies. Blue = blueberry macaron with lemon buttercream; pink = cheesecake macaron with strawberry buttercream; purple = raspberry macaron with lemon buttercream; yellow = butterscotch macaron with chocolate buttercream.
