Description
These are seasonal items that I only make during the winter months. It is important they are made on dry (not humid) days. These delicate morsels are wonderful sandwich cookies, and the flavorings — while subtle — vary widely. My most recent batch was peanut butter flavored with chocolate buttercream filling. I’ve also made strawberry and cheesecake flavors with vanilla or white chocolate buttercream fillings. They are great for winter holiday events.
